Congratulations!!

This year marked 13 years in the Navy for Wes and from the moment I met him I knew that his goal was to one day become a Chief. It takes a lot of work, an exam, and a board of peers to hand pick each Chief...this year was his year. Wes was picked as one of 1 of 35 Fire Controlman, aegis, in the Navy.

The pinning of him and his fellow Brothers and Sister occured out to sea, and I hear it was a really nice ceremony.

HalfWay Dinner

Ella Grace and I had a date...the commands Half Way Dinner Celebration! It was wonderful, first the boys went to the child center on base and had a great time playing with other kiddos from the ship. Second, it was just nice to get a little dressed up and go out for the evening!
